10 km

Dear Reader,

I competed in my first race.

I finished a 10 km run in 1 hour and 16 minutes.

It’s not about the distance or the time tho.

It’s that I once had the limiting belief that my body was not strong or fit enough to do any physical activities and now I don’t.

Now I am willing to challenge myself and see how much I can do, how far I can go.

I was once the girl that faked being sick on xcountry and athletics carnival school days but I am now a girl thats completed a 10km and is training for a half marathon.

It makes me wonder what other ideas I believe about myself that I can prove wrong.

I wonder what beliefs you have about yourself that you can challenge.

All my love,

Kaila 💌
