Another Detox

Dear Reader,

I feel like the more content I consume the fewer original thoughts I think.

My mind gets filled with other people’s opinions, experiences and lives that there’s no room left for mine.

So this week I am going to do another social media detox.

I replace the times I would usually be on my phone with journalling (to hear my own voice and opinions), spending more time with my family, having better conversations, and spending more time outside.

I always feel so much better after it but I also don’t do it for too long because I still want to be connected with everyone back home and all the amazing people I have met along the way.

So from Monday to Friday, I will be TikTok and Instagram free and if you want to try it with me I encourage you to document the difference in your mood, productivity and thoughts because there will be a difference, I promise.
