Consistency

Dear Reader,

I read a ‘secret hack’ to start new or replace old habits.

“Never fail 2 days in a row”

Consistency is much more beneficial in the long term than staggered moments of greatest.

I have a goal of 10k steps a day.

And I don’t let myself fail that goal 2 days in a row.

And this is something that if I stay consistent with will turn into a healthy habit that comes naturally.

I have the goal of journalling daily.

And I don’t let myself fail that 2 days in a row.

I have the goal of creating a healthy work/travel/family/life balance.

And I don’t let myself fail that 2 days in a row.

What are the goals that you need to implement this ‘hack’ to start seeing more consistent results?
