Daily Attention

Hey friends,

Something I am learning again is mental health isn’t something that can be a one-time fix.

It’s not something that can cured within a week rather something we must care for daily. Just as physical health takes training, exercise and daily attention so does mental and emotional health.

Just as I go on my runs and swims for my physical I still need to journal and practise mindfulness for my emotional and mental.

Most people wait until they are sick until they fight for their health but it’s a lot easier if you keep your attention on it before it gets there.
