Daily Dopamine Fix

Dear Reader,

Humans need dopamine. Without it it can severely affect your mental and physical health.

Social media is designed to release dopamine when we receive likes, follows and comments. So as a generation we are learning to receive all our dopamine from the media. But I have been challenging myself to do weekly social media detoxes and focus on the natural methods.

SPOILER: they have a much bigger affect in a short time leaving you feeling 100x better than any like on your post.

My main 3 methods I won’t go a day without are:

Other methods that feel incredible are:

🎧 Listening to music

🍳 Eating protein

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Meditating

πŸ›οΈ Getting enough sleep
