Journaling

Hey friends,

I journal often and the question I usually get is how do I know what to write down?

My response is everything.

My journal is for my eyes and my eyes only.

It is a safe space to process all my thoughts, emotions and experiences.

A space where there is no right or wrong way and no judgement.

I often start just by recalling the events from the past day/week and that leads to how I felt, who was there, how I was left feeling by who was there, if there was something I would have changed had it happened again, if it is something I want to make room for daily or if it is something I should steer clear from altogether.

It is also a great way to look back and witness the progress you have made in situations.

I read from a journal I had in year 10 in 2020 and I am so proud of the growth I have made in my physical, mental and emotional health.

I would strongly encourage you to begin a journaling habit and see what comes from it.
