I’ve recently learnt that even if you hand someone all the resources they need you can’t force them to actually use them.

One of my jobs this week was removing access to the self-development course one of our clients sells from the expired members.

This membership is a 12-month course dedicated to growing, supporting and challenging people to become a better version of themselves through questions, activities, videos and applications.

And I was shocked to find out that about 80% of expired members completed only 10% of the course.

And it reminded me that even if a person has all the help they need to grow you can’t help them unless they are ready and willing.

I hope you have the courage to use the guidance and support that surrounds you to grow.
