Dear Reader,

Sometimes people get lost in the past.

In October last year I flew to Spain but to be completely transparent I don’t remember a whole lot of it because I was stuck rewinding the past and I wasn’t allowing myself to be present.

I was met with a decision.

Either distract myself with new things but be stuck subconsciously or process, feel and move on.

I chose the later and it has been the most transformative 8 months.

My latest trip to Italy I feel as tho I was entirely present in each moment and I am so grateful.

I can’t wait to tell my kids about the late nights we spent singing and dancing to Taylor Swift songs in Verona.

I can’t wait to tell my nieces and nephews of the time their aunties were running through the streets of Venice City in the rain wearing the brightest ponchos.

I’m so excited to watch Letters To Juliet with my daughter and say I went there and wrote a letter about her.

Move on from the past and start enjoying the present, it is so worth it.
