My hot tip this week is to have a good routine before you sleep.

You always hear how important your sleep is, but the actions that lead up to it really count.

I fell into the bad habit of losing sleep watching a movie every night but the past week I’ve started reading a new book before bed and it has been a game changer.

Adding journaling to that has become the best routine I’ve had in a while.
