Releasing

Dear Reader,

Did you know you subconsciously hold onto a lot of things?

The good, the bad, the ugly, the hurt, the memories.

A practice I have been doing is writing a ‘releasing’ paper each day.

I am bringing the subconscious to the conscious and purging it out.

Letting go of all hurt, frustrations, anger, etc.

I write “Today I release…” and let everything flow out.

I continue to write even if it doesn’t make sense or I don’t necessarily agree with what I’m writing (meaning I don’t want to let go of the hurt but know I have to).

I want to encourage you to try this because the more you release the more capacity you have to hold more and do more.
